Cutting Department

The first stage in the manufacturing is the cutting and for that pattern, making is the base. We have experienced staff for fault free cutting.

Printing Department

This process includes screen printing, digital printing,heat printing and sublimation printing with OEM services.

Sewing and Stitching Department

Our operators sew garments using different types of sewing machines. An operator can be given single or multiple operations to sew.

Quality Control

Our Quality Control Department is responsible of monitoring and ensure a smooth and trouble free operation from cut to pack.

Pressing & Packing

Finishing activities are performed prior packing garments into poly bags. Including thread trimming, checking garments and ironing.

Test for Physical Properties of Garments

Record the dimensions of the garment as soon as it is completed. Wash garment and recheck the measurements.

In this process, our team checks swing and stitching of each product. If there is some defect, it is send for alteration,

Subsequent Alteration

Make any necessary alterations required by firm or by buyers. Record changes at each stage.
